Operations Manager

About the Role:

The Operations Manager or "Field Manager" role is pivotal in overseeing and coordinating on-site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This position requires managing teams, resources, and schedules while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and clients. The Field Manager will be responsible for monitoring project progress, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field management or a similar supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate complex field operations effectively.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in field environments.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).
• Experience with field management software and digital reporting tools.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
