Schedule
Full-Time – Rochester, NY
Practice hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, with scheduling designed to promote a healthy work-life balance.
Compensation & Benefits
- $75–$80 per hour
- Sign-on bonus equal to 10% of your annual base pay

Your Typical Day
You'll provide comprehensive eye care in a well-supported clinical environment, seeing approximately 20–21 patients per day. The schedule includes about three comprehensive exams per hour, along with follow-up visits for medical and contact lens patients. Experienced technicians are available to assist, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Current New York State Optometry license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in New York State
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
