What You’ll Be Doing:
- Craft and refine plan documents and summary plan descriptions
- Work with self-funded health plans and ancillary benefits like flexible spending accounts and dependent care programs
- Ensure all documentation is clear, compliant, and client-ready
- Collaborate with a supportive team while managing your own workflow
The Details:
- $22.50/hour
- Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM schedule
- Fully remote with just one onsite meeting per quarter
- Must be located within the Syracuse, Rochester, or Buffalo regions
