Staff Pharmacist (Leadership & Partnership Track)

Schedule:
20–40 hours per week

What You'll Do

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients every day by:

• Providing exceptional, personalized patient care
• Building lasting relationships with patients and families
• Counseling patients on medications and wellness
• Administering immunizations and providing clinical services
• Performing MTM and comprehensive medication reviews
• Supporting medication synchronization, adherence, and packaging programs
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Helping improve pharmacy operations and patient experience
• Mentoring and supporting pharmacy technicians
• Growing into increasing leadership responsibilities
