Key Responsibilities

• Build lasting patient relationships and provide exceptional clinical care and customer service.
• Counsel patients on medications, vaccines, preventive care, and wellness.
• Proactively identify opportunities for immunizations, clinical services, medication therapy management, and appropriate wellness recommendations.
• Oversee prescription accuracy, safety, regulatory compliance, and daily pharmacy workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Improve operational efficiency, inventory management, and cost control.
• Identify problems, take ownership, and implement solutions.
• Support business development, patient retention, and pharmacy growth.

What We're Looking For

• Active Kentucky pharmacist license in good standing.
• Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Leadership, pharmacy management, or pharmacist-in-charge experience highly valued.
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and patient counseling skills.
• Passion for immunizations, preventive care, and expanded clinical pharmacy services.
• Organized, efficient, dependable, and proactive.
• Business-minded with an understanding of operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Positive attitude, strong accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
