Corporate Service Specialist
Rental Operations ? Sandy, UT
Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment finance industry, is seeking a self-motivated Corporate Service Specialist for our operations in Sandy, UT. This is a Full-Time hourly position Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM. Compensation, depending on experience, $27-$32 per hour. This person will ensure the effective functioning of multiple verticals of the operation process by following procedures and processes established by the Operations Manager. Must provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Essential Functions & Skills
- Handle calls transferred from the front desk for the Sandy Rental Division Operations that currently comes to the front desk.
- Assist with monthly client specific reporting requirements
- Month-end review of certain client specific transactions before billing begins on the first of each month
- Become proficient with the Sales/Delivery order and sales estimate process, making sure the sales orders and sales estimates are prepared and entered properly and prepared for billing
- Become proficient in HubSpot (sales) and Master Control (documentation and training) and assist with workflows and documentation in those two programs as needed
- Work with inside Rental reps to make sure deals are correct before going to billing, including:
- Pricing is entered correctly for each customer
- Sales Tax Forms have been received and entered if needed
- Credit check has been completed if needed
- Account has been set up correctly in HubSpot, MOA, and elsewhere if needed.
- Verify accounts payable information is available and correct, with correct contact information such as phone and email.
- Train and serve as backup support for Billing Team to assist in high volume periods or during PTO.
- Assist with documents and paperwork for capital or other purchases.
- Assist where otherwise needed in a support position within the Rental Division.
- Other Duties as assigned, which might include:
- Pull D&B Data.
- Perform portions of the credit check.
- Assist with collections on past-due accounts.
- Assist with or create reports required by specific client facilities.
- Assist with or back up creation, review, or approval for purchase requests and purchase orders within the Rental group.
- Other Rental/Billing/Sales support items.
Job Requirements
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently or within a team.
- Proficient in computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.
- Proficient in reading, writing, usage of correct grammar, and basic mathematics.
- Able to follow oral or written directions.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong organizations skills with attention to detail and an emphasis on accuracy.
