Part-Time Registered Pharmacist (RPh)
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and patient-focused Registered Pharmacist (RPh) to join our team on a part-time basis, working 2–4 days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescriptions
- Counsel patients on medications and proper use
- Perform drug utilization reviews and resolve medication-related issues
- Communicate with prescribers and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts pharmacy laws and regulations
- Support pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy technicians
- Assist with clinical services such as immunizations and medication therapy management
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Pharmacist (RPh) license in good standing
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and prescription processing
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Community/retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with BestRx is a plus
- Immunization certification preferred
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
