Order Picker

The Picker/Packer role involves accurately selecting and packing merchandise for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Use handheld devices and picking equipment to locate items, verify details, and ensure order accuracy.
  
• Pack items securely, label packages, and handle fragile products with care.
  
• Inspect products for damages, report issues, and follow quality control procedures.
  
• Update inventory records, assist with cycle counts, and communicate discrepancies.
  
• Follow safety protocols, operate equipment responsibly, and adhere to workplace policies.
  
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and ensure efficient workflow.
  Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred), warehouse experience, familiarity with systems, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The environment involves exposure to varying temperatures and noise, with active use of warehouse machinery. This role ensures timely, accurate order fulfillment, impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
