Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist (Outpatient PT), you will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, developing individualized care plans to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and staff
Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
