As a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you will provide in-home support to individuals who need assistance with daily activities. You’ll help members remain independent, comfortable, and safe in their own homes.

What You Need to Apply

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Caring, dependable, and willing to learn
• Ability to communicate respectfully with members and their families

High school diploma/GED is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

As a PCA, you may assist members with:

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation
• Daily living activities
• Companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Following the member’s assigned schedule

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required.

Experience: No previous caregiving or healthcare experience required.

Other Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must complete required training and maintain current Maltreatment Certification
