What We're Looking For:
- Strong Customer Service Skills – Friendly, professional, and focused on passenger comfort
- Safe Driving History – Clean record with no major violations per USDOT regulations
- Commitment to Safety – Ensuring a smooth, secure ride for all passengers
- Reliable and Professional – Punctual, well-groomed, and ready to represent Star Transportation
- Ability to Pass a DOT Drug Screening and Background Check – Including cannabis testing which is required by Federal and Minnesota law
Current Opening:
- Courtesy Route - M-F - 3:00 pm - 9:15 pm (FT) - Transport passengers to and from Downtown and St Mary's Campus URGENT NEED
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for passengers
- Assist passengers as needed, including boarding and luggage handling
- Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle at all times
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members
- Handle unexpected situations with patience and professionalism
