What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN, Clinical Charge Nurse position at Med Center Health?
Serves in a lead role, as an extension of the clinical manager, by coordinating the delivery of professional nursing care to patients on an assigned shift or unit using effective communication. Fosters an engaged, team-oriented work environment. Makes decisions within the framework of the organization’s philosophies, policies, and procedures that impact the current/next shift.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of Registered Nurse experience required.
- Graduate of a school of nursing required. Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
- Kentucky RN license (OR) RN license in a State recognized by the Kentucky Nurse Licensure Compact Act required.
