Provides administrative and customer service support to facilitate efficient daily operations within the practice. Serves as a primary point of contact for patients and visitors by performing patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorization activities, and other clerical duties. Ensures accurate patient information, promotes a positive patient experience, and supports the delivery of quality healthcare services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous medical office, healthcare registration, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records and insurance verification processes preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
