Position Summary
The Epic Application Analyst is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. This role works with clinical and operational teams to understand workflows, translate business needs into system functionality, and ensure effective use of Epic applications to improve patient care and efficiency.
Epic Analysts may focus on one or more areas such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Stork (Obstetrics), Willow (Pharmacy), Beacon (Oncology), Cupid (Cardiology), OpTime/Anesthesia, Radiant (Radiology), Grand Central (ADT), Resolute Professional Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing, or Prelude (Registration).
*$10,000 hiring incentive available for Epic certified team members*
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Clinical discipline required. Associate's degree and equivalent applications, EHR, or clinical experience may serve in lieu of required Bachelor's degree.
- Two years of applications, EHR, or clinical experience required.
- Epic training and certification will be provided at no cost in exchange for a two-year work commitment.
