Who are we:
Med-Craft & Med-Air, based in Miami, Florida, with offices in Latin America, Europe, and Asia, is a procurement and repair station that specializes in repairing and supplying parts for the Aerospace Industry for over 50 years. Our list of clients falls within commercial and military categories. We love the Aerospace Industry!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The following is just an outline, and does not limit other responsibilities from being added:
- Receive and route calls and messages to the proper department and respond to public inquires.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
- Locate, scan, and attach documents and pictures to the corresponding files in our system.
- Open and date-stamp all general documents entered in our system.
- Advise the proper department when incoming mail arrives.
- Greets scheduled visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or person.
- Hand out employee applications.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties as requested by any department.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar are required.
- Excellent typing skills.
- High school Diploma or GED certification.
- Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, meet deadlines, manage a large volume of communication, and be a team player.
