Position Overview of a Medical Spa in Fort Myers is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SW Florida, performing injectable aesthetic procedures, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers. This provider will deliver safe, high-quality cosmetic treatments, build strong client relationships, and support practice growth through excellent outcomes and patient education.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Assess facial anatomy and recommend appropriate treatment options
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, risks, benefits, aftercare, and maintenance
- Maintain accurate and timely charting and documentation
- Monitor client outcomes and manage follow-up care
- Uphold all safety, infection control, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with the team to support a high-quality client experience
- Contribute to client retention through professionalism, trust, and consistent results
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner Florida license and accredited
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aesthetic injectables in SW Florida
- Strong experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers is a must, experience in lasers and other medical aesthetic procedures desired
- Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and cosmetic assessment
- Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
- Commitment to safety, ethics, and high clinical standards
