What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Instructor position at Mecosta County Commission on Aging?
Job Overview
The Mecosta County Commission on Aging is looking for individuals interested in training to become one of our Enhance Fitness instructors in the Big Rapids area for one hour 2 days per week. Instructors inspire seniors to achieve their health and wellness goals through engaging and energetic fitness. In this role, you will lead group fitness classes, design tailored workout routines, and motivate seniors. Training is provided.

Must be able to lead a 60 minute workout to include:
1. 5 minute warm up
2. 20 minute aerobics
3. 5 minute cool down
4. 20 minute strength training
5. 10 minute stretching
Pay: $30.00 per hour
