Role Description:
As an intern, you will collaborate with different departments in addition to their own, in areas such as Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Sales, Materials, Management, etc. You will need to be willing to spend time in a manufacturing setting, in a lab/testing environment, and/or be willing to work in an office setting. Your responsibilities will combine individual tasks as well as collaborative work or group projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with various research, testing, and evaluations.
- Processing documentation and conducting data analysis.
- Conducting manufacturing audits.
- Writing test plans that will drive progress in various programs.
- Attending department, team and project meetings as necessary.
- Assisting with process improvement projects tied to manufacturing.
- Collaborating with other engineers, teams and departments.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in related field(s); Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Anticipated Graduation of December 2026 or May 2027.
- Strong interest in manufacturing, mechanical design, project management and statistical analysis tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
