Mechollage is a veteran-owned HVAC company that's been installing residential systems across the Virginia Beach and Peninsula area since 2009. With continued growth, we're adding a strong Lead Installer who can run jobs, guide a helper, and deliver clean installs start to finish.

About The Role

• Lead residential HVAC system installations, including changeouts, split systems, and ductwork
• Manage and coordinate job site activities to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and safety
• Supervise and support junior installers or helpers
• Perform system startup, testing, and final commissioning
• Ensure all installations comply with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards

Required Qualifications

• 2 years residential HVAC install experience
• Comfortable leading installs without supervision
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license clean record
• Solid work ethic and attention to detail
  
  

Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional overtime during peak seasons
