Mechollage is a veteran-owned HVAC company serving Virginia Beach and the Peninsula since 2009. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer who can take ownership of installations, keep the job moving, and set the standard for quality workmanship.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations, including system replacements, split systems, and ductwork
- Take ownership of the job from equipment setup through startup and final testing
- Direct helpers and junior installers while maintaining a productive job site
- Complete system startup, testing, and commissioning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure installations meet applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and company standards

What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Ability to independently lead and complete installation projects
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Dependable, professional, and safety-minded approach
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime during peak seasons
