What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supplier - Quality Engineer Graduate Intern position at MechNova?
Role Overview:
- Work with relevant SQE to work on process and data analytics to develop efficient reporting and process to execute supplier quality activities.
- Assist assigned SQE to drive improvement with applicable suppliers.
- Assist the Supplier Quality & Purchasing in the management of supplier non-conformities and drive resolution.
- Monitor and publish key supplier quality metrics to improve visibility.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Master’s program for Industrial Engineering/Construction Management/Supply Chain or relevant majors with an expected graduation date between December 2026-May 2027.
- Project management skills.
- Practical experience in data analytic software (Power BI, Spotfire, etc.).
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (Oracle or SAP).
- Qualified candidates must be US persons.
- Previous direct/indirect exposures with manufacturing environment.
- Some exposure to Quality Management and tools.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is $29-33 per hour.
