Automation Engineer Intern - Summer 2026

This Position reports to: Engineering Manager

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Work with an engineering team to assist with various aspects of our control systems projects for customers.
• Hardware design and testing.
• Program logic to control industrial processes and create Human-Machine interfaces
• Use computer programs to perform various engineering operations.
• Conduct analyses and provide related data and information.
• Motivated to troubleshoot and research solutions during the duration while working on projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering or related field, in the United States.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role is $20-34 per hour.
