About the program:
This is a 3-4 month paid learning experience where you’ll have the chance to connect with other interns and engage with leaders across the company. You’ll work alongside passionate professionals who are committed to helping you grow—both personally and professionally. From day one, you’ll contribute your ideas, build meaningful skills, and take part in hands-on projects that make a real impact on our business and the world around us.
What You Bring:
You have the ability to identify a problem and conceptualize a solution. You bring a combination of design and hands-on experience to prototype solutions to various manufacturing issues. You are able to work in a team and collaborate with others in the organization to find the best solution possible.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Anticipated Graduation of December 2026 or May 2027.
- Strong interest in manufacturing, process improvement, or product design.
- Skills or coursework in areas such as CAD/3D modeling, machining, data analysis, Lean/continuous improvement, or automation.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
