Warehouse Supervisor

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 1200 PM (Flexible)
Employment Type: PartTime (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $20 – $25 per hour – Commensurate with experience
Position Overview
RR Mechatronics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper - for all aspects of warehouse operations. This role is responsible for inventory management, shipping logistics, and maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe working environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
Familiarity with QuickBooks a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control of all goods & shipping supplies.
- Enter customer orders, prepare, package, and orders accurately and efficiently
- Build pallets, complete Bills of Lading, and coordinate shipment pickups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and facility (e.g., sweeping, waste management)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure workflow continuity and transparency
- Inventory Management of all parts
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
