Accountant (Mechatron Solar)
Stockton, CA (On-site)
Salary Range: $25 – $30 (based on experience)
Immediate Hire: We are actively looking to fill this role.
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support reporting across projects and corporate functions. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity and financial discipline.
- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to track project-related financials
- Assist with payroll coordination and tax filings as needed
- Work within ERP systems (Odoo) for financial tracking and reporting
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in construction, manufacturing, or energy sectors)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred, but not required)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
