Qualifications of Store Manager
- High school diploma or equivalent (college or technical program
preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience with at least 1 year in
a supervisory role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
