We seek an individual that is passionate about customer
care in the automotive industry; which means you will be both an advocate
for the vehicles we service and an advocate for the customer. Your
presence at the shop is all about making the customer feel good about the shop,
the employees feel better about the great work they do, and when needed enforce
the high standards that we preach. Your job is to also coordinate the logistics
and the manpower of the work. People from the hotel/restaurant/hospitality
industry (with a hobbyist understanding of cars) are encouraged to apply.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Expertly
greet and interact with customers on the phone and/or in person
- Schedule
and coordinate service and repairs
- Offer and
schedule customer shuttle service as needed.
- Monitor,
track, and update customers on the progress of their repair.
- Offer
required/recommended service and repair with a focus on sales profitability and
balance it with customer wants and needs while utilizing excellent customer
service.
- Answer,
properly articulate, and facilitate customer questions and concerns using
expert technical knowledge and professional customer service skills.
- Don't be
afraid to have difficult conversations about a customer's vehicle. If you've
done your job correctly in the lead up to the conversation, it won't be as
hard.
- Strictly
adhere to company policies, Bureau of Automotive Repair, and California State
Law. Also required to adhere to the Environmental Protection Agency laws and
practices.
- Remain
flexible, anticipate change, and create positive outcomes.
- Minimum of
5 years of customer service work, and some knowledge of automotive.
- Basic
office skills, PC (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.), & typing.
- Valid
driver's license with a clean record.
