Refrigeration Technician - Bangor
Successful candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of commercial refrigeration repair and maintenance experience. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components and functions of refrigeration systems, controls and equipment are required. Effective interpersonal skills, to properly represent Mechanical Services, Inc. to customers and outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner, are required. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively. Candidate must possess a valid State of Maine driver's license.
Must possess a valid Maine driver's license and be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and pre-employment medical evaluation. Some state-wide travel may be expected with some overnight stays but very infrequently. The ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, within a diverse team is very important.
Professional & interpersonal skills are required to properly represent Mechanical Services, Inc. to
customers, vendors, and other contractors in an ethical and professional manner. Must be able to read, write and understand equipment manufacturer's documentation. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team and communicate effectively with our engineering department, customers, end-users, and all building trades. Must be able to safely access construction sites, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and other areas where equipment may be located. Safe work practices, efficiency, and meeting target goals are of prime importance.
