- We have an excellent opportunity for new or experienced commercial HVAC Professionals due to our growing business in South Dakota. Mechanical Sales SD Inc. represents a full complement of energy efficient and innovative commercial HVAC systems. Providing Consulting Engineers and Commercial HVAC Contractors with timely and accurate product knowledge, information, and support will be your primary responsibilities. We offer a fun, professional environment and we need individuals that can represent our organization while taking pride in providing prompt professional service.
Identify and respond to customer needs, including generating quotes and closing orders- .Select commercial air conditioning equipment and accessories based on customer input or per plans and specifications
- .Create clear quotations and proposals
- .Create accurate submittals
- .Follow critical orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer on time
- .Ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action and communicating with customers and staff as needed
- .Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
