• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, electricians, and customers.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in company systems.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to electrical services.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and ordering necessary supplies.
• Support team meetings, training sessions, and department initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or a related role preferred.
• Experience in the electrical, construction, or mechanical industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with scheduling or work order management software is a plus.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Communication & Organizational Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
