We’re Hiring: CSR / Dispatcher
Mechanical Man is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented CSR / Dispatcher to join our team.
We are a small to medium-sized HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company, and this role is a key part of keeping our customers, technicians, and office running smoothly each day.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced service environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming customer calls professionally and booking service appointments
• Gathering accurate customer information, job details, concerns, access notes, and special instructions
• Keeping customer records updated in ServiceTitan
• Scheduling maintenance visits and confirming appointments
• Classifying and tracking calls properly
• Dispatching technicians based on urgency, skill set, customer availability, and daily schedule changes
• Communicating with technicians throughout the day and updating the dispatch board as needed
• Debriefing technicians after jobs and helping schedule return visits when needed
• Assisting with office tasks, supply ordering, truck inspection reports, customer mailings, and assigned projects
• Eventually assisting with invoice processing, job paperwork, use tax, QuickBooks exports, and ServiceTitan documentation
The right person will be:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask and adjust priorities throughout the day
• Comfortable working with technicians, customers, and office staff
• Willing to learn ServiceTitan and our company processes
• Reliable, teachable, and team-focused
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, dispatching, customer service, or ServiceTitan is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
