Job Description
Responsible for reading mechanical blueprints and specifications to determine appropriate equipment for project. Select, price and prepare proposal for quoting project. Prepare technical submittal for approval by design engineer. Coordinate ordering and shipment of equipment to job-site for installation. Communicate with mechanical engineers, contractors, etc. to provide necessary information for design or installation of equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience with heating and air conditioning systems is an asset but not necessary
- Must be adept at outlining technical features
- Must be detail oriented and able to multitask
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
- Well organized and disciplined work habits
- High School Diploma or GED
