We’ve also established procedures to quickly get your equipment up and running while also preventing recurrence issues\The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across our Ice leasing and refrigeration service, installation, and maintenance departments. This role is responsible for managing technicians, improving workflow efficiency, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting customer satisfaction at every step. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong industry knowledge and a passion for operational excellence.Key Responsibilities• Lead, mentor, and manage service and installation teams, including scheduling, performance reviews, and field support.• Oversee project planning, dispatching, and workload distribution to ensure timely and efficient service.• Implement and refine operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.• Monitor KPIs, job costing, budgets, and resource allocation across departments.• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, staffing needs, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.Qualifications• 5 years of dispatch and scheduling experience• 3 years’ experience managing office employees• Experience in HVAC and/or refrigeration company a plus• Experience of dispatching 5 field employees• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, and service workflows.• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage field technicians.• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.• Strong communication and client-service skills.• Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and drive operational performance.• EPA certification or similar technical background is a plus.Why Join Us?• Competitive salary: Up to $75,000/yr – Offer based on experience• Health, dental, and vision insurance.• Paid time off and holiday pay.• Cell Phone Reimbursement• 401k/Retirement• Short/Long Term Disability Insurance• Paid Vacation, Holidays• Company Vehicle • Team EnvironmentReady to lead our operations to the next level?
