We’ve also established procedures to quickly get your equipment up and running while also preventing recurrence issues\The Dispatcher will oversee day-to-day operations across our refrigeration and HVAC service, installation, and maintenance departments. This role is responsible for managing technicians, improving workflow efficiency, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting customer satisfaction at every step. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong industry knowledge and a passion for operational excellence.Key Responsibilities• Lead, mentor, and manage service and installation teams, including scheduling, performance reviews, and field support.• Dispatching a team, and workload distribution to ensure timely and efficient service.• Monitor job costing• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem resolution.• Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician schedules, and customer interactions.• Communicate effectively with technicians in the field to provide updates and support.• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service calls.• Collaborate with management to improve operational processes and efficiency.Qualifications• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in related fields is a plus.• 3 years of dispatch and scheduling experience and managing field employees• Experience in HVAC and/or refrigeration a must• Understanding of refrigeration systems, HVAC equipment, and service workflows.• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage field technicians.• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.• Strong communication and client-service skills.Why Join Us?• Competitive pay: Up to $28/hr – Offer based on experience• Health, dental, and vision insurance.• Paid time off and holiday pay.• Cell Phone Reimbursement• 401k/Retirement• Short/Long Term Disability Insurance• Paid Vacation, Holidays• Company Vehicle • Team EnvironmentInterested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume.Join our team at Mechanical 24 and help us deliver exceptional service to our valued customers!
