Our provider application and onboarding process has already been initiated, and we are actively working through all required licensing, certification, compliance, and approval requirements.

* This position is being recruited in anticipation of program launch and service expansion.
* Immediate paid employment is not available at this time.
* Compensation at the rate of $32.00 per hour will begin upon final provider approval, contract activation, funding authorization, and operational implementation.
* Candidates selected during this development phase may have opportunities to participate in provider recruitment, program planning, onboarding activities, policy development, and operational preparation efforts.

Position Summary
The Developmental Home Licensing Coordinator reports directly to the Developmental Home Licensing Supervisor and serves as a key member of the Family Forever Program leadership team.
This position is responsible for recruiting, developing, licensing, onboarding, and supporting Developmental Home Providers throughout the West Valley Region. The Licensing Coordinator serves as the primary contact for prospective Developmental Home Providers and guides applicants through every stage of the licensing and certification process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring provider readiness, maintaining licensing compliance, promoting quality service delivery, and supporting provider retention efforts throughout their assigned region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provider Recruitment & Development
* Recruit prospective Developmental Home Providers throughout the West Valley Region.
* Conduct outreach activities to identify qualified provider candidates.
* Build relationships with community organizations, advocacy groups, and referral sources.
* Promote the Family Forever Program within the community.
* Support provider retention and engagement efforts.
Licensing & Certification
* Guide prospective providers through the Developmental Home licensing process.
* Conduct home assessments and licensing readiness reviews.
* Assist applicants in gathering required documentation.
* Review licensing packets for completeness and accuracy.
* Monitor licensing timelines and application progress.
* Ensure compliance with agency requirements and regulatory standards.
Provider Support & Education
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned providers.
* Provide technical assistance and guidance throughout the licensing process.
* Educate providers regarding agency policies, procedures, and expectations.
* Facilitate onboarding activities and orientation processes.
* Support providers in preparing for licensing reviews and inspections.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Conduct provider monitoring visits as assigned.
* Assist with quality assurance reviews and compliance monitoring activities.
* Identify compliance concerns and provide corrective guidance when necessary.
* Support quality improvement initiatives and provider development plans.
* Maintain accurate provider records and documentation.
Program Development
* Assist in developing systems, policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
* Participate in strategic planning and program development initiatives.
* Collaborate with leadership regarding service delivery improvements.
* Support agency growth and expansion efforts throughout Arizona.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Equivalent experience may be considered.
* Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
* Experience in licensing, foster care, residential services, provider development, case management, or social services preferred.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
