- Develops and executes best practices for material planning and inventory management. Owns material planning across purchased components to meet the demand plan.
- Plans and schedules material flow to ensure appropriate warehousing and distribution of raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Ensures Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligns with divisional SIOP volume and demand plan.
- Ensures the correct inventory levels of plant raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods are consistent with business requirements and working capital targets.
- Oversees capacity planning while utilizing appropriate tools and analyses to ensure smooth production output.
- Ensures customer scorecards, escalations, and order commitments are executed consistently. Serves as Voice of the Customer in planning, scheduling, and materials functions.
- Responsible for effectively planning, directing, and executing the activities of the Demand Planning Materials team using a systems and database approach to meet the needs of the business.
- Identifies, plans, and implements activities designed to reduce costs while improving quality, safety, and delivery methods.
- Implements and drives continuous improvement activities through the application of change management and best practices.
- Leads, mentors, and manages team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Responsible for several manufacturing facilities, serving as a regional leader.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Seven years of experience in production control, material management, or related.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
