In this role, you will partner closely with corporate functions and shared services leaders, helping align HR strategies with business priorities and enhancing the employee experience across functions. This role will support the Finance, IT, Sales, Supply Chain, and Corporate teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner to shared services teams, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
- Support full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and select top talent
- Provide counsel on HR policies, practices, and compliance, ensuring consistency across departments
- Contribute to the design, improvement, and rollout of HR programs, policies, and initiatives that support organizational goals
- Deliver clear, effective communications and training across corporate audiences
- Leverage HR data, reporting, and insights to inform decision-making and improve processes
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition) to ensure seamless employee support
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with employment regulations
- Support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations
- Ability to partner effectively with leaders and professionals across corporate functions
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse employee groups
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into action
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and standard business applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience required
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
