Duties And Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport supplies and equipment to various job sites, as needed.
- Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all materials loaded and unloaded to maintain inventory control.
- Assist with the initial set up of all new job sites, and the subsequent cleanup of material on completed projects.
- Deliver documents and packages to various locations.
- Coordinate with marketing to assist in the set up groundbreaking events.
- Fill in and perform superintendent duties on occasion to cover employee time off or for uncovered project sites.
- Maintain storage areas, keep in a clean organized manner.
- Maintain and track company fleet of vehicles and large assets.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during material transportation, loading, and unloading to minimize accidents.
- Maintain a professional courteous demeanor when interacting with suppliers and represent our company in a positive light.
- Assist with various labor tasks when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Construction related background a plus.
- Effective time management skills.
- Punctuality and great communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Computer literate, and familiar with Microsoft Office.
