About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Communications Manager to take ownership of MEC’s brand presence and promotional activities. This is an on-site role at our Fresno office where creativity meets execution. You’ll lead marketing initiatives that tell our story, from product launches and trade shows to digital content and media relations, while ensuring our brand stays consistent, professional, and impactful
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute MEC’s annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Build, promote, and protect the MEC brand through strong visual and written storytelling
- Oversee creation of product literature, photography, video, digital content, and event materials
- Coordinate MEC’s participation in trade shows, launch events, and customer programs
- Serve as the company’s contact for trade media and press communications
- Manage relationships with agencies and vendors, overseeing timelines and budgets
- Track marketing spend and maintain visibility for ongoing and planned initiatives
- Support internal communication and cross-functional marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5 years of marketing communications experience, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, or construction industries
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and creative software tools
- Experience leading vendors or agency partners
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for content or creative work is a plus
- Comfortable traveling up to 15% domestically or internationally
