The Senior BCBA is the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs at one of our MeBe Learning Centers. This role is all about sharing your expertise, shaping future leaders, and making sure clinical care is top-notch—all while keeping the learning process engaging and fun! You’ll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, fine-tuning assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills.

Clinical Excellence Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments and FBAs
- Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload and meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 on a consistent basis
- Provide clinical consultation/mentorship to less experienced BCBAs
- Oversee clinical processes at the site
- Assist in performance reviews in collaboration with the Site Operations Manager or Site Director
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
- External Applicants: Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
- Internal Applicants (Current MeBe staff): Minimum of 1 year, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
