- Implement quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment and group treatment to promote a variety of skills in a fun and naturalistic play setting, as well as parent education and implementation of therapy within telehealth and in-person settings
- Build and gain rapport with family members, provide parent education to help increase therapy carryover
- Record objective data to reflect client progress toward goals in daily SOAP notes, complete evaluations and reevaluations
- Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Collaborate with MeBe employees and outside professionals
- Management of a full-time caseload
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with ASHA CCCs and State Licensure required
- Experience of 1-3 years clinician experience in early intervention treating developmental delays/disabilities following completion of CCC
- Professional, outgoing, warm and friendly demeanor
- Timely, organized, dependable
- Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate communication with outside professionals
- Industry benchmarked, competitive pay based on experience and location.
- Salaried $86,000- $102,000 based on experience
- Part-Time Hourly and Variable Hour available
