About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned culinary professional with strong production skills and a polished, steady presence in luxury dining environments. This role supports daily kitchen operations while leading aviation orders, catering events, and private dining engagements.

What You’ll Do
Aviation Dining
- Prepare high-quality meals for private aviation clients
- Execute last-minute or short-notice orders with accuracy
- Maintain brand quality in presentation and packaging
Catering
- Lead or support kitchen production for small and large events
- Collaborate on prep lists and event workflow
- Ensure consistent flavor, quality, and execution
Private Dining
- Create memorable in-home dining experiences
- Represent the brand professionally in polished environments
- Adjust menus to client preferences when appropriate
Kitchen Operations
- Work collaboratively with the team on daily production
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Support ordering and inventory needs
- Write weekly customized menus for clients
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 10 years professional cooking experience (restaurant, luxury hotel, yacht, private residence, aviation catering, or premium catering)
- Strong execution skills in both production and intimate settings
- Fluent in prep methodology and clean, organized kitchen practices
- Comfortable with short lead times and tight event logistics
- Familiarity with premium plating and packaging standards

- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset

Compensation
- Full-time hours (30 hours/week)
- Additional earning potential through:
