WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Longmont, Co. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. This role ensures the warehouse meets operational requirements by leading and mentoring warehouse employees. The Manager also directs quality inspections, equipment and facility maintenance, and warehouse sanitation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Leverage technology to identify and manage inventory
• Coordinate logistics, in and out of the warehouse
• Provide warehouse improvement opportunities
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
• Manage warehouse staff
• Work with managers and field staff to provide inventory in a timely manner
• Communicate with leadership to stay ahead of operational needs
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Maintain standards of health and safety in compliance with company’s policies and core values
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping regulation requirements
• Prepare documents, reports, or job aids related to work, equipment, and safety
• Perform miscellaneous duties assigned

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual preferred
• Valid DL & CDL preferred
• Forklift certification Preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The physical activity and work environment for this role includes:
  • Working weekends as needed
  • Standing or walking for extended periods
  • Repeated lifting of objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching
  • Exposure to loud work environments
  • Working outdoors in a range of environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold
• Pass Pre-Employment drug screen and background check
