We are seeking a highly skilled VMWare Admin / VSAN / VCF Engineer to support enterprise-level virtualization infrastructure. The ideal consultant will have strong hands-on experience in ESXi, vCenter, VSAN, and VCF with proven background in production support environments.
- Administer and maintain VMWare ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, and VSAN
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VSAN storage environments
- Implement and support VMWare Cloud Foundation (VCF)
- Perform VM provisioning, resource allocation, and system optimization
- Conduct performance analysis, patching, and capacity planning
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with compute, storage, and cloud platform teams
- 6–12 years of hands-on VMWare experience
- Strong expertise with VSAN operations
- Experience with VCF deployment/maintenance
- Strong understanding of virtualization, compute, and storage
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
- VCP/VCAP certification preferred
