Company Overview: We are a Las Vegas based company proudly serving and providing cutting-edge Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We provide both in-home and center-based services. We are passionate about our mission to improve the lives of children and their families and are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
Job Summary: As an RBT you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based interventions to children with autism and related disorders. You will be responsible for providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will work in a fun and energetic environment where you will see the positive impact of your work every day. You will also have opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
· Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
· Collect and record data on client progress.
· Collaborate with the BCBA and other members of the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
· Attend regular supervision meetings with the BCBA to review progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
· Communicate with parents and caregivers about client progress and goals.
· Always adhere to ethical and professional standards of care.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
· Current RBT certification required.
· Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to collect and record data accurately.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings. Weekends are available.
