What You’ll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
- Design and monitor data collection systems
- Implement treatment interventions and evaluate progress using data and summaries
- Collaborate with families, teams, and other professionals
- Complete documentation that aligns with Medicaid and state guidelines
- Maintain regular communication with clients and team members
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, ABA, special education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting $50,000/$100,000 bodily injury liability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within home, clinical, and community settings
- Comfortable with documentation, session notes, and data collection
Preferred Certifications
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
