What You’ll Do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans
• Design and monitor data collection systems
• Implement treatment interventions and evaluate progress using data and summaries
• Collaborate with families, teams, and other professionals
• Complete documentation that aligns with Medicaid and state guidelines
• Maintain regular communication with clients and team members

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, ABA, special education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting $50,000/$100,000 bodily injury liability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within home, clinical, and community settings
• Comfortable with documentation, session notes, and data collection

Preferred Certifications

• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
