Job Responsibilities
- Perform residential, commercial, and post-construction cleanings to company standards.
- Follow checklists and instructions for deep cleans and specialty services.
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
- Maintain professionalism and great customer service on every job.
- Report any damages, safety concerns, or supply needs to management.
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and up to quality expectations.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks.
