Passionate about using your organizational and tech skills to support a mission that matters?As the Donor Database Coordinator at Meals on Wheels Western Michigan, you’ll play a key role in fueling our impact. You’ll be the steward of our donor and volunteer data—keeping our systems accurate, efficient, and ready to power meaningful fundraising, community events, and donor engagement. Your work ensures that every gift, every volunteer hour, and every act of generosity helps nourish seniors throughout our community.In This Role You Will:- Align with our mission and values as an organization.
- Provide outstanding customer support to seniors and their families.
- Manages and oversees the donor and volunteer databases and donor payment processing systems
- Prepares and manages lists for mailings, email campaigns, fundraising events, etc.
- Utilizes donor database to enter donations and appeals, create, modify, and run reports, create donor communication, and document all donor interactions
- Captures data from other payment systems
- Collaborates with Finance Department on reconciliation of donor database with accounting data
- Tracks donor and volunteer data needed for metrics and reporting
- Provides training and resources for Donor Database users
- Coordinates user access for databases
- Assists with fundraising events
- Assists with volunteer and community engagement as needed
