As a Dining Services Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the fight against hunger, leading 14 dining sites that provide more than meals—they provide nourishment, stability, and connection for seniors who rely on them. Every day, the work you lead ensures that no one is left without a meal or a place to belong. You’ll guide a passionate team, create welcoming spaces, and make sure each meal is served with care and dignity. In this role you will:
- Bring our mission to life every day by building meaningful relationships with clients, volunteers, and community partners—modeling the compassion and values that define MOWWM
- Lead and grow a strong, engaged team, using your leadership and communication skills to coach, develop, and inspire people to do their best work
- Take ownership of daily operations across dining sites, keeping everything running smoothly while balancing priorities with strong organization and attention to detail
- Create exceptional experiences for seniors, ensuring every meal is high-quality, every space is welcoming, and every interaction is filled with care and respect
- Collaborate across the organization to expand our impact, support strategic goals, and strengthen the communities we serve
- Confidently navigate regulations and compliance, ensuring programs meet federal, state, and grant requirements while maintaining high standards of food safety
- Steward resources with intention, using data, systems, and financial insight to make thoughtful decisions that support sustainability and growth
- Keep teams connected and informed through clear communication—leading meetings, coordinating schedules, and making sure everyone has what they need to succeed
- Continuously improve operations by leveraging technology and systems to increase efficiency, streamline processes, and support future growth
