Director of Finance
Reports to: CEO
FLSA Status: Full-time, Exempt

Salary Range is $75 - $90K per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Oversee audits, compliance, and fiscal operations
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support our mission: delivering nutritious meals and wellness checks to seniors across Northwest Indiana
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of nonprofit financial management and reporting
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate financial strategy effectively.
