Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure quality patient care
- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff members, promoting a positive and respectful work environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor medication administration, treatment plans, and other patient care activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Document patient care activities, medications, and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience as a registered nurse supervisor or in a similar leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
